Everybody's concern right now should be on Amen. I thought it was the quad but saw a tweet that it was the ankle. I don't know if it's better or not that at least it's not the lingering quad issue. At least it's 2 days of rest.

Good sign by Alp dominating non-starting caliber centers, but sloppy with the ball. Tari is on a nasty regression to the mean on his 3s. Hopefully Reed starts even with everybody healthy.

Because we don't have reliable ball handlers, our 6'11" players have to play like guards just to get to their spots. Most of KD's turnovers come from trying to get the ball to Sengun. That's not his job, but he's attempting to get him the ball in the paint and ends up turning the ball over. Sengun's turnovers come from having to battle his way to the rim through traffic. It all comes down to this, our best players look sloppy, and one of them is inefficient because we don't have a true point guard.

When Jabari Smith returns, he can't replace Reed Sheppard. He has to replace Amen or Eason. Then Amen or Eason can play the 6th man role that Alex Caruso plays for the Thunder.

Already bad enough that Udoka has forced Alperen Sengun to play without a point guard all season. You need a point guard in your starting lineup. Even Jokic has one, every center needs one.

28 points7 threes against kings, won the game against magic and today a near triple double. i don't see how you could bench him now. He's coming close to that 3rd year prime formmaturity, give him the starting job and vanvleet can return as his backup where he belongs
